A Few Romanian Superstitions

Rebecca Frântu and Paula Tudora, pupils in ”Constantin Noica” Theoretical High School, Sibiu City, Romania collected a few Romanian superstitions and achieved a material with text and photos. This project outcome was supervised by Mrs. Gabriela Mirela Jugar, their Erasmus+ school coordinator. After writing it in Word document, they transformed it in PDF document by using the device ”Zamzar”. Before posting it on the project website, the two pupils confessed their emotions to share these superstitions with their partner pupils from Poland, Turkey, Spain, Lithuania and Cyprus. They are looking forward to read the superstitions of their partners and to compare them, to see if there are similarities and differences.(Tiberiu Sasca, teacher in ”Constantin Noica” High School Sibiu)

Project Description - Researches and Achievements in the Project

The pupils involved in the “Folklorica” project prepare a leaflet with information about the project related activities carried out so far. The leaflets will be distributed among local authorities, local media, newspapers, other local schools and other organizations involved in the project. The pupils will also prepare typical and expressive decorations of different regions of partner countries and a multimedia presentation. The results of pupils’ efforts will be distributed among local authorities and other involved organizations in order to promote the implementation of the project. Through research by contacting experts in this field, the pupils get to know and afterwards exchange information about various styles of building houses or other functional buildings in their countries. During some workshops, the pupils will learn how to crochet, to embroider and get to know other ways of preparing various decorations for home using traditional tools and techniques. The Meetings of with Our Pupils' Parents

On 14/11/2019, the 2nd Parent-Teacher Meeting for the Erasmus program took place. Students and teachers who participated in the program shared with their parents and classmates the experiences they gained from the meeting held on 20-26 / 10/2019 in Nidjika, Poland.
